  11. Necessary documents to support your application (i.e. marriage certificates, invitation letters, etc.).
  12. A return courier envelope addressed to you.
  13. Authorization letter signed by both parents or legal guardians. This applies to minors (under 18) traveling alone.
  14. Authorization from the non-accompanying parent or legal guardian. This applies to minors traveling with a single parent.
  15. An invitation letter that expresses the purpose you visit, length of stay, details of the host person or business, etc. This applies if you’re visiting family or traveling for business reasons.
